## Description

* Lead and develop MIS systems and management information processes.
 * Manage ILR (Individualised Learner Record) submissions.
 * Oversee funding returns and compliance monitoring activities.
 * Maintain data quality assurance procedures.
 * Produce dashboards, reports, and management information for senior leaders.
 * Support curriculum planning and funding forecasting.
 * Prepare for audits, inspections, and funding assurance reviews.
 * Monitor compliance with ESFA funding rules and requirements.
 * Identify and mitigate compliance, performance, and funding risks.
 * Support quality improvement activities.
 * Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve reporting and performance monitoring.
 * Ensure learner data is accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

Essential Experience Required

 * Strong experience in:
 + MIS (Management Information Systems)
 + Learner Data Management
 + Funding Compliance
 + ILR Administration
 + Further Education or Adult Education data systems
 * Detailed knowledge of:
 + ESFA Funding Rules
 + ILR Requirements
 + Funding Assurance Processes
 + Post-16 and Post-19 Funding
