The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative and systems support, including:

 * Managing IT helpdesk and system queries
 * Setting up user accounts, logins and devices
 * Supporting mobile phones and handheld equipment
 * Maintaining accurate asset records
 * Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
 * Assisting with GDPR activities and system testing
 * Supporting internal teams and external suppliers
 * Troubleshooting issues and escalating where required
