You will have strong technical capability, including experience in data warehousing, ETL/ELT development, and working with structured and semi-structured data, alongside advanced SQL skills. You will be confident in translating business requirements into technical solutions and delivering high-quality outputs to solve complex problems. Experience of working across the full delivery lifecycle within Agile, DevOps or similar frameworks is essential, along with the ability to plan and manage your own workload and contribute effectively within a team environment. You will have experience of collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and communicating complex technical concepts clearly to different audiences. Working within a multidisciplinary environment, the postholder will play a key role across the full product lifecycle - from understanding business requirements and designing data architectures, through to development, deployment and ongoing optimisation of data products. You will work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate complex business needs into robust, scalable data and analytics solutions. This includes developing data pipelines, building and maintaining data warehousing solutions, and delivering insightful reporting and visualisation outputs to support decision making. The role involves working within modern delivery frameworks such as Agile and DevOps, contributing to delivery planning, and ensuring solutions are implemented to a high technical standard. You will also support continuous improvement activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our data platforms.
