You will be a resilient and collaborative leader, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement, quality service delivery and supporting the development of others. ## Description Service Delivery Manager (Data & Analytics) (3 x Project Delivery and 1 x Enablement Service) On 1 April 2026, NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) and NHS Education for Scotland (NES) became one national organisation, focused on continuity today and a stronger, more connected service for tomorrow. As part of this transformation, NSS and NES have joined to form a new organisation: Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland). This new organisation will play a pivotal role in supporting the renewal and ensuring the long-term sustainability of health and care services across Scotland. About the Organisation: PSD Scotland unites expertise from NES and NSS in a way that will allow us to accelerate national programmes to support the NHS to deliver better care, now and in the future. We support staff with education and training, provide the tools and data that improve services, and run vital national functions such as procurement, logistics and blood, tissue and cell services. The Post: This is a key leadership role within the Data and Analytics service, responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of operational digital and data services that support national priorities across NHS Scotland. The Service Delivery Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering business intelligence and data services, ensuring that services are reliable, high-quality, and continuously improved to meet customer needs. The role sits at the heart of service delivery, balancing live service management, ongoing development, stakeholder engagement, and performance oversight. Unlike project or programme management roles, this post focuses on the ongoing ownership and optimisation of services, ensuring that solutions are effectively transitioned into, and sustained within, live operational environments. The postholder will: * Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of data and analytics services across a complex stakeholder landscape. * Oversee service performance, managing risks, issues and dependencies to ensure delivery against agreed objectives. * Work closely with senior stakeholders, partners and customers to understand priorities, manage expectations and shape service direction. * Provide leadership and direction to a team of technical specialists, supporting development, performance and capability. * Ensure robust governance, standards and processes are in place to support consistent, high-quality service delivery.
