Desirable Skills & Experience * Experience within Financial Services. * Experience working within large-scale data transformation programmes. * Understanding of data governance and reporting controls. * Experience with Looker or other cloud-based BI and analytics platforms. You'll lead a globally distributed team responsible for delivering, supporting and evolving a significant portfolio of business-critical reporting and analytics solutions. Working across established services and strategic transformation initiatives, you'll provide technical leadership across Power BI, SQL and cloud-based analytics technologies, ensuring solutions remain scalable, reliable and aligned to business priorities. You'll support the ongoing evolution of a large reporting estate, helping to modernise legacy reporting solutions and drive the adoption of cloud-based analytics capabilities. As CIB continues to modernise its reporting and analytics estate, you'll help shape how data is used to support decision-making across the business while driving the adoption of modern, cloud-based analytics capabilities.
