* 3+ years' experience in an ICT support or infrastructure environment.
 * Strong 3rd line troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory and Group Policy.
 * Experience supporting Windows devices, Chromebooks, Android devices and Microsoft environments.
 * Good understanding of networking, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routers, switches and wireless.
 * Experience with device management, deployment and IT service management systems.
 * Knowledge of PowerShell, security and system monitoring.
 * Experience contributing to IT projects, including technical implementation, planning and reporting.
 * Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills.
 * Ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure and take ownership of issues.
 * Self-motivated, collaborative and committed to ongoing learning.
 * Willingness to travel between locations and a clean driving licence.
