Within the Project Execution team, the Information Management team supports the delivery of all UK projects by managing handover and project documentation, maintaining document control within Vanderlande's management systems, and coordinating documentation across customer databases and document control platforms. As part of our UK Airports Project Execution team, the Information Management function supports the successful delivery of airport projects by ensuring the effective management, control, and handover of project information and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Role Responsibilities We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Information Manager (Information & Document Control Coordinator) to join our Heathrow based team. This role is responsible for managing project documentation and information within Vanderlande and client systems, ensuring compliance with project and contractual requirements. You will act as a key interface between project teams, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure information is accurately controlled, distributed, reviewed, and archived. The position would suit an individual who enjoys working in a structured environment, thrives on accuracy and quality, strong organisational skills and has a logical, systematic approach to managing information.
