As a Senior Data Engineer, you're an experienced technical leader who combines strong data engineering expertise with the ability to guide and develop others. You're comfortable leading delivery in an agile environment, providing technical direction, and balancing hands-on engineering with mentoring and stakeholder engagement.  * Experience leading or mentoring engineers within agile delivery environments
 * Strong experience designing and delivering end-to-end data solutions, from ingestion and transformation through to reporting and analytics
 * Excellent knowledge of SQL and modern data warehousing technologies, ideally including Snowflake
 * Experience with data engineering and automation tooling such as Python, DBT, CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks
 * Strong understanding of data modelling, data integration and ETL processes
 * Experience working with large and complex datasets within enterprise environments
 * Ability to influence technical decisions and promote engineering best practice
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
