## About the Role

* Strong background in service design / process engineering

 * Experience with workflow modeling (BPMN, orchestration, automation tools)

 * Ability to define logical flows and decision trees

 * Understanding of AI-assisted workflows and agent behavior modeling

 * Experience with ITSM processes (incident, change, problem)

Nice-to-Have Skills

 * Familiarity with workflow tools (n8n, ServiceNow, etc.)

 * Exposure to agent-based architectures

 * Understanding of human involvement patterns (human out of the loop, human after the loop, human on the loop, human in the loop) and escalation design

Experience Profile

 * 6-10 years in service design, automation architecture, or process engineering

 * Experience designing operational workflows in enterprise environments

To be eligible for SC clearance, you must have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past 5 years.

 * Analyze service requirements (e.g., ITSM, operations, business processes)

 * Design agentic workflows and orchestration logic

 * Ensure designs align with governance, safety, and platform constraints

 * Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure implementability

 * Optimize flows for efficiency, reliability, and maintainability
