Déplacement ponctuel sur LIVRY GARGAN -Formation informatique ou expérience significative en support de proximité / helpdesk
-Bonne connaissance des environnements postes de travail (Windows, périphériques, outils collaboratifs)
-À l'aise avec les équipements de téléphonie, d'impression et de visioconférence
-Sens du service client, bon relationnel et capacité à communiquer avec des utilisateurs de tous niveaux
-Esprit d'équipe
-Important : Autonomie, rigueur, capacité à prioriser les incidents et une excellente capacité d'analyse

## Description

Prendre en charge les tickets (N0-Qualification et N1) via l'outil de gestion ServiceNow : incidents, demandes de service et escalade au niveau 2 si besoin
-Assurer le suivi précis et complet des tickets jusqu'à leur résolution, en respectant les SLA, les procédures et le catalogue de services du SI
-Assister et accompagner l'utilisateur

 2. Mettre en service les équipements informatiques
-Préparer et déployer des équipements informatiques (Ordinateurs, Imprimantes, Téléphones)
-Maintenir à jour le parc matériel (Windows, Office365, VPN etc)
-Assurer le suivi du parc ordinateur et téléphonie

 3. Intervenir sur les éléments de l'infrastructure
-Assurer la gestion de l'Active Directory : création et suppression des comptes, gestion des droits, des groupes de sécurité et des accès aux ressources.
