Preferred Qualifications * Experience with ADAS, autonomous systems, or vehicle electrification programs. * Certifications in ISTQB, Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent. * Familiarity with Agile development and model-based design. ## Description At Tata Technologies we make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering and validating the products of tomorrow for the world's leading manufacturers. Our Engineering Research and Development department (ER&D) is a fast growing function within Tata Technologies Limited that is assembled to work on exciting projects globally for multiple customers. It comprises highly specialized engineers across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Heavy Machinery. Scope of Role We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Technical Leader to serve as the V&V Chief Engineer for embedded systems in advanced automotive programs. This role is pivotal in shaping the technical direction, strategy, and execution of Verification & Validation across electric powertrain, chassis, and subsystem domains. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive innovation in testing methodologies, and ensure compliance with global safety and quality standards.
