## Description

Reform UK is seeking a Governance Assistant to support the administration of party governance matters, including disciplinary processes, as well as assisting with the vetting of candidates.

The role is therefore focused on matters of a highly sensitive and confidential nature.

Integrity, sound judgement and the ability to maintain absolute discretion at all times are essential.

Key tasks

The role will include:

 * Supporting governance procedures, including the preparation of reports for the Discipline Committee
 * Maintaining accurate records and databases, including for those progressing through the defections process
 * Drafting professional and factually accurate correspondence
 * Assisting with the vetting of candidates.
 * Handling sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
