## Description

* Document current and future-state Reference Data processes.
 * Facilitate workshops with Product, Data, Engineering and Operations teams.
 * Capture and manage business, functional and migration requirements.
 * Support the design and implementation of a new Reference Data operating model.
 * Document dataset dependencies, upstream and downstream impacts, and migration activities.
 * Develop migration plans and coordinate execution with delivery teams.
