Applicants must have existing authorisation to work in the country., * 8+ years of overall IT industry experience, with strong expertise in software development and enterprise application delivery. * Strong hands-on experience in Java development, with proficiency in Spring Framework and Spring Boot, Hibernate etc. * Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and data structures. * Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and scalable backend applications. * Proven experience building highly available, distributed backend systems in enterprise environments. * Strong knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL, including data modelling and query optimization. * Familiarity with Apache Kafka, event-driven architectures, Kubernetes and OpenShift. * Experience using monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools such as Splunk and TRACE. * Strong understanding of concurrency, multithreading, and performance tuning techniques. * Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance in production environments. * Prior experience in the banking and financial services domain is preferred.
