## About the Role

* Deep understanding of agentic AI architectures and frameworks

 * Experience designing production-grade distributed systems

 * Strong knowledge of system design, APIs, and workflow orchestration

 * Ability to assess trade-offs (autonomy vs control, cost vs performance, etc.)

Nice-to-Have Skills

 * Experience with tools like LangGraph, n8n, orchestration frameworks

 * Knowledge of AI observability and evaluation frameworks

 * Experience in sovereign or restricted deployment environments

 * Background in ITSM or managed services automation

Experience Profile

 * 8-15+ years in architecture roles (solution, systems, or platform architecture)

 * Proven experience designing complex enterprise platforms or AI-driven systems

A forward-looking architect who balances innovation with control. Able to challenge naive AI approaches and elevate designs to production-grade standards, especially in regulated or client-specific environments.

Essential Criteria - SC Eligibility

To be eligible for SC clearance, you must have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past 5 years.

Lead the design and optimization of production-grade agentic solutions in regional deployments, ensuring that AI agents meet enterprise requirements for scalability, safety, and performance.

 * Ensure compliance with platform architecture, governance, and security standards

 * Support client-specific or sensitive solution design, including restricted data environments

 * Act as a regional SME and escalation point for complex agent design challenges
