## About the Role

* Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich OT / ICS Security, idealerweise als Security Architect oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von OT-Security-Architekturen sowie industriellen Netzwerken und IT-/OT-Segmentierung
 * Erfahrung mit Security Monitoring, Incident Response und Vulnerability Management im OT-Umfeld
 * Kenntnisse der IEC 62443 sowie praktische Erfahrung mit gängigen OT-Security- oder SIEM-Lösungen von Vorteil
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1)
 * Bereitschaft zu mindestens drei Präsenztagen pro Woche

* Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung einer ganzheitlichen OT-Security-Architektur für industrielle Produktionsumgebungen
 * Entwicklung von Security-Designs für industrielle Netzwerke und IT-/OT-DMZ-Architekturen
 * Weiterentwicklung von Security-Monitoring-Konzepten sowie Gestaltung von Prozessen für Incident Response und Vulnerability Management
 * Auswahl und technische Evaluierung geeigneter OT-Security-Lösungen sowie Begleitung von Proof of Concepts Implementierungen
 * Integration von Security Monitoring, Asset Management und Threat Intelligence
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Netzwerk, Infrastruktur und weiteren Security-Funktionen
