## Description

Als SAP SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung der HR-Prozesse im SAP-Umfeld. Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen arbeitest du an der Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und unterstützt die erfolgreiche Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Landschaft.

Tasks

 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP SuccessFactors
 * Analyse und Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse
 * Beratung der Fachbereiche zu SAP SuccessFactors
 * Aufnahme, Bewertung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen
 * Mitarbeit bei Customizing, Tests und Systemanpassungen
 * Unterstützung bei der laufenden SAP S/4HANA Implementierung
 * Mitarbeit an SAP-Projekten und Digitalisierungsinitiativen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und SAP-Teams
