## About the Role

Abgeschlossenes IT-Studium (Bachelor/FH) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch Ausbildung und relevante Berufserfahrung

 - Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Server-Hardware, Serverarchitekturen und Hardwarekomponenten
 - Erfahrung im Out-of-Band-Management von Rechenzentrumsinfrastrukturen
 - Praktische Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Server-Management-Tools (z. B. Dell OME, Fujitsu ISM, SEH UTN Manager, Vertiv DSView)
 - Erfahrung im Scripting und in der Automatisierung, idealerweise mit PowerShell oder Ansible
 - Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
 - Bereitschaft zur Durchführung einer Sicherheitsüberprüfung nach dem Hamburgischen Sicherheitsüberprüfungs\- und Geheimschutzgesetz (HmbSÜGG)

## Description

Administration, Konfiguration und Betrieb von Server-Hardware sowie der zugehörigen Managementsysteme im Rechenzentrumsumfeld

 - Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Überwachung produktionsnaher Systeme, Tools und Managementplattformen
 - Installation neuer Server-Hardware sowie Austausch, Wartung und Lifecycle-Management bestehender Komponenten
 - Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Betriebssicherheit gemäß definierter Operational Level Agreements (OLAs)
 - Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Out-of-Band-Managements in den Rechenzentren
Erhöhung des Automatisierungsgrades im Infrastrukturmanagement durch Skripting (z. B. PowerShell, Ansible)

 - Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Technologien sowie Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemlandschaften
