## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
 * Berufserfahrung als IT Projektmanager, ECM Consultant, DMS Consultant, IT Consultant, Technical Consultant oder Projektleiter IT
 * Erfahrung mit Softwareeinführungen oder Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie Freude an operativer Projektarbeit
 * Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt und in der eigenständigen Projektverantwortung
 * Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

Idealerweise bringst Du zusätzlich mit:

 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Dokumentenmanagement (DMS), Workflow-Management oder Business Process Management
 * Erfahrung im Healthcare-Umfeld oder anderen regulierten Branchen

## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von IT-Projekten im Bereich Enterprise Content Management (ECM) und Dokumentenmanagement (DMS)
 * Beratung von Kunden sowie Analyse und Aufnahme technischer und fachlicher Anforderungen
 * Entwicklung individueller Lösungskonzepte gemeinsam mit Kunden und Projektteams
 * Planung, Steuerung und Koordination sämtlicher Projektphasen
 * Aktive Mitarbeit bei der technischen Umsetzung (Customizing, Konfiguration und Implementierung)
 * Unterstützung der Anwender durch Schulungen, Problemanalysen und technischen Support
 * Optimierung digitaler Geschäftsprozesse und Workflow-Lösungen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwicklung, Consulting und Kunden
 * Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine und erfolgreiche Projektabschlüsse
