Egal ob Netzwerk, Server oder Benutzer-Support - Du wirst zum Experten für alles, was im Hintergrund reibungslos funktionieren muss.
Inhalt der Ausbildung

 * Planung, Installation und Konfiguration von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken
 * Betreuung der Hard- und Software im Unternehmen
 * Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung im IT-Betrieb
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Sicherheits- und Datenschutzthemen
 * Technischer Support für Kolleg:innen - persönlich oder telefonisch
 * Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten und Übernahme eigener Aufgaben
