This role leads the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) strategy, architecture, and delivery, ensuring access lifecycle management, certifications, and compliance controls are designed and executed to meet global regulatory and operational requirements. As the enterprise lead for SailPoint ISC, you will drive the evolution of Digital Realty's identity governance program while partnering across Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Business teams. This is not an execution role-it is a program leadership position with direct accountability for how identity governance operates across a globally regulated enterprise.
