Takes ownership of assigned projects end to end: refining requests into well-defined problems, setting technical direction toward reusable and maintainable systems, and standing behind the integrity of what ships. Interfaces with clients, customers, and internal users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deploy solutions. Trains other team members, provides technical leadership, and acts as a final reviewer on code changes. Creates reusable tools and processes that support our development teams and their best practices. This role operates on a hybrid work model.
