 * Experience with Unix/Linux scripting (ksh, perl, awk, sed, grep)

 * Report development experience using Crystal Reports

 * Report development experience using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

 * Oracle PL/SQL programming experience

 * PowerBuilder application development experience

 * Relational database design and development experience

 * Experience employing SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL work
 * Experience with behavioral health business and systems

 * Experience with agile development methodologies

 * Experience with medical electronic health record (EHR) systems

## Description

* Develop critical and complex systems and applications using various languages, tools, and vendor managed platforms.
 * Propose technical standards and procedures.
 * Peer review teamwork products such as code and design specifications.
 * Apply various languages and tools to join systems; maintain quality and integrity.
 * Manage risk and security; propose improvements to existing risk management processes; and apply security awareness.
 * Coach less experienced team members.
 * Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to design and develop solutions.
 * Recommend and implement tools and technology to support internal development needs; identify, design, and implement internal process improvements.
 * Maintain and protect sensitive data (HIPAA, CJIS).
