Bachelor's degree preferred. * 1-3 years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in a multi-site environment. * Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Active Directory, and remote support tools. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to security best practices. * Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and proof of auto insurance. * Ability to successfully complete required background and registry checks and other screenings. Preferred: * Experience with VMware or other virtualization platforms. * Experience with OneDrive, SharePoint, and mobile device management. * CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification. * Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator certification. * VMware or other virtualization-related certifications. ## Description Cardinal Services is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first-line technical support to staff across our facilities and locations. This position will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support computers and mobile devices, manage user accounts, assist with network and security systems, and help ensure staff have secure and reliable access to the technology they need.
