The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on development capabilities with architectural leadership. This role will be responsible for designing scalable Experience Cloud solutions, developing high-performance user experiences, integrating Salesforce with external platforms, and establishing secure and reliable deployment practices., 1. Architectural Design & Strategy * Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce Experience Cloud sites. * Evaluate and select between LWR and Aura templates based on performance, scalability, SEO, and business requirements. * Design robust security and identity architectures using: * + External Identity + SSO + Account Relationship Data Sharing + Apex Managed Sharing * Define governance standards, development practices, and architectural patterns for Experience Cloud. * Establish effective branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines for Experience Cloud metadata deployments. 2. Technical Development & Hands-on Leadership * Develop modular, scalable, and high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC), with a focus on LWR-based implementations. * Build responsive and user-friendly Experience Cloud functionality. * Implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS to support personalized customer experiences. * Design and implement sophisticated automation using Salesforce Flows, Headless Flows, and asynchronous Apex. * Develop solutions capable of handling high-volume transactions from external users. * Ensure all development follows Salesforce best practices and governor-limit considerations. 3. Data & AI Integration * Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud to surface unified customer profiles and enable a 360-degree customer experience. * Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including: * + ERP platforms + AWS + Marketing Cloud + Other enterprise applications * Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. * Implement secure integrations using Named Credentials and appropriate Salesforce security mechanisms. * Support data synchronization, transformation, and integration troubleshooting. 4.
