## Description

* Client Services & Hardwaremanagement: Du richtest Arbeitsplätze, mobile Devices und Peripherie ein, betreust sie im laufenden Betrieb und kümmerst dich um Tausch, Backup und Lifecycle.
 * Systemmanagement & Monitoring: Du hältst Systeme aktuell, kümmerst dich um Patches, Updates sowie Rollouts und behältst mit einem professionellen Monitoring den Überblick.
 * Systemadministration: Du betreust Microsoft 365, Citrix & Co, verwaltest Benutzer in der Windows-Domäne und bist verantwortlich für Endpoint Provisioning, Virtualisierung und User-Rights-Management.
 * Technikkoordination: Du koordinierst IT-relevante Umbauten mit Fachabteilungen und sorgst dafür, dass IT-technisch alles rund läuft - von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung.
 * Supportkoordination: Du arbeitest eng mit externen Partnern zusammen, z. B. bei Serverinstallationen oder Softwarerollouts
