## Description

* Strukturierung, Weiterentwicklung und aktiver Aufbau eines Softwareentwicklungsteams mit ca. 5-10 Personen
 * Einführung und Pflege agiler Arbeitsmethoden sowie moderner Entwicklungsprozesse innerhalb des Teams
 * Verantwortung für die technische Konzeption und Umsetzung von Softwarelösungen auf Basis moderner Web-Technologien
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen sowie aktive Mitgestaltung der technologischen Roadmap
 * Sicherstellung von Code-Qualität, Architekturentscheidungen und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung der Entwicklungspraktiken
