* Mitwirkung an Usability (UX) Design Themen unserer kontinuierlichen Softwareentwicklung wie Layout, Workflows, Prozesse etc.
 * Erstellung von Schulungsvideos
 * Unterstützung von Anwendern bei der Ausführung unserer Projektmanagementsoftware
 * Unterstützung bei der Analyse der Datengenauigkeit in unserer großen Datenbank, ggf. unter Einsatz neuer Technologien wie künstlicher Intelligenz (KI)
 * Unterstützung der Prozessdigitalisierung und -automatisierung
 * Unterstützung bei personaladministrativen Aufgaben für Marketing- und Kommunikationsaktivitäten sowie bei der Stammdatenpflege
