 * bewältigst grundlegende technische Herausforderungen
 * protokollierst im Ticketsystem
 * untersuchst Fehler oder beseitigst diese über Remotewerkzeuge oder beim Endanwender vor Ort
 * schulst Nutzer bei neuen Endgeräten und Applikationen
 * erkennst wiederkehrende oder gravierende Vorfälle und deren Ursachen für Leistungseinbußen
 * setzt Arbeitsplätze auf, konfigurierst Updates und gewährleistest fehlerfreie Funktionalität
 * führst Fehlerdiagnosen und Problemlösungen im Bereich des First und Second Level Supports für Hard- & Software durch
