Your team members work within agile, cross-functional Scrum teams that are distributed across Germany and India, collaborating closely with colleagues from multiple locations. As part of a global Digital Systems organization, you will work in a matrix setup with a functional reporting line to the Head of Digital Systems in India and a disciplinary reporting line to the Head of R&D Software Solutions in Munich. Together with your peers in Germany and India, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of our digital product portfolio, driving collaboration, innovation, and software engineering excellence across locations and teams. The digital product portfolio supports our banknote processing systems, cash logistics operations (inbound, outbound, and in transit), and transportation workflows, as well as monitoring and analytics solutions that help our customers improve the efficiency and security of the entire cash cycle.
