 * Anwendersupport: Ganzheitliche Betreuung der Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Rahmen des 1st, 2nd und 3rd Level Supports
 * Infrastruktur-Management: Kontinuierliche Überwachung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten IT- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
 * Microsoft 365 Administration: Betreuung, Konfiguration und Lizenzmanagement der MS 365-Umgebung sowie Administration moderner Netzwerk- und Kommunikationssysteme (VoIP/Cloud-Telefonie)
 * Server- & Systempflege: Bereitstellung, Wartung und Lifecycle-Management der Serverstruktur (on-premises / Cloud) sowie Durchführung von Hard- und Software-Updates
 * Projektarbeit: Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme und Durchführung spezifischer IT-Projekte und Migrationsvorhaben
