Konzeption zukünftiger ITOM-Lösungen inkl. CMDB/CSDM-Architektur
Leitung von Schulungen, Workshops und Kundenterminen (Deutsch & Englisch)
Fachliche und/oder technische Beratung während der Projektrealisierung
Coaching und Anleitung von Projektmitarbeitenden
