## About the Role

* Position requires US citizenship and an ACTIVE Secret DoD security clearance\n
 * Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 4-8 years of related experience. Will consider experience in lieu of a degree.\n
 * At least 5 years of experience in software testing and/or software development.\n
 * Experience with a scripting language: Python, JavaScript, and related others.\n
 * Experience in writing test procedures, defects and test reports.\n
 * Proficient in manual testing, regression, and smoke testing.\n
 * Familiarity and/or experience using automated test tools on software projects.\n
 * The ability to communicate effectively with both Product Owners and software developers.\n
 * Experience working in cross functional agile teams.\n
 * DoD 8570 approved security certification (i.e., Security +, CISSP, etc.) (Will be required 90 days after hire).\n, * Ability to identify efficiencies and process improvements between the development and testing disciplines.\n
 * Experience with a version control system (e.g., Git, SVN).\n
 * Experience with an issue/problem tracking system (e.g., VersionOne, Jira).\n
 * Experience with continuous integration environments (e.g., Jenkins).\n
 * Proficiency with MS Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, Visio, & PowerPoint).\n
 * Basic knowledge of cryptographic concepts (symmetric vs. asymmetric, hashing, certificates).\n
 * Comfortable with Windows/Linux environments and basic shell scripting.\n
