Grow Your Expertise * Build depth in enterprise application data models (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Anaplan, Dynamics, etc.), migration methods and patterns, and the industries, compliance regulations, and business processes served by our clients. * Continuously improve technical and consulting skills, including practical use of automation and AI-enabled tools where they improve migration quality, efficiency, or insight. * Document reusable mappings, test approaches, lessons learned, and delivery assets; share knowledge with teammates and contribute to migration accelerators. * Seek feedback, learn from experienced practitioners, and coach junior team members through thoughtful review and day-to-day collaboration.
