Two to 5 years of IT support/Help Desk experience in a user oriented environment, a strong understanding of a wide variety of personal computing equipment, computer software applications and networking equipment., * Two to five years of IT support/Help Desk experience in a user-oriented environment., * Associate degree or equivalent experience. * Ability to work independently, self-motivator with the ability to plan and initiate. * Strong understanding of a wide variety of personal computing equipment, computer software applications and networking equipment, experience with TCPIP, DNS, Active Directory. Work Environment * This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. * Must be able to lift 25 pounds * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and/or hear.
