## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proven commitment to reliability, attendance, and professionalism., * Experience troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues.

 * Ability to disassemble and reassemble laptops for repair.
 * Experience with operating system imaging and deployment.
 * Strong customer service and communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
 * Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
 * Must be able to work onsite five days per week.
 * Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance are required.
 * Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card /Permanent Resident., * CompTIA A+ Certification (or willingness to obtain within one year of hire).
 * Additional IT certifications such as Google IT Support, Coursera IT, or similar.
 * Previous help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience.

Additional Requirements

 * Ability to pass a drug screening (non-THC) and 7-year background check.
 * Occasional travel may be required for training and support activities.
 * Candidates must be dependable and able to maintain regular attendance, particularly because this position supports business-critical operations.

 * Image and configure systems for deployment.
 * Communicate effectively with users and internal support teams to resolve technical issues.
 * Document support activities and maintain accurate records.
