About the Role, Mission or Department Overview The HRIS Analyst II reports directly to the HRIS Senior Manager and is important for optimizing and supporting Workday Benefits, Core HCM, HR reporting, and related areas. Primary responsibilities include system configuration, issue troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, production support, and creating mid-level reports. Working with senior HRIS analysts, the HR operations team, and partners, you will guide enhancements to provide HR technology solutions. This is a hybrid role based in our Norfolk, VA office. You can typically expect to come into the office 2+ days/week.
