This role serves as a key resource for maintaining a secure, reliable, and effective technology environment while delivering exceptional support to employees throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented professional with strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills who can manage competing demands with discretion and sound judgment. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to continuous improvement in technology, security, and user experience. This is a full-time, on-site position. Job Duties & Responsibilities Systems Administration and Security * Administer Microsoft 365, including Intune, Autopilot, security policies, and email systems. * Administer and maintain security controls and best practices across all IT systems and devices. * Administer and configure cloud-based applications and services. * Administer backup solutions and ensure data recovery readiness. * Administer and maintain DNS services. Support and Device Management * Administer, maintain, and configure Windows PCs. * Manage the company help desk. * Assess needs for new equipment and software. * Drive initiatives to improve user satisfaction and technology experience. * Identify and eliminate security risks. * Manage device security and ensure compliance with organizational policies. * Administer, maintain, and configure the cloud-based phone system (RingCentral). * Administer, maintain, and configure site network and wireless network systems. * Communicate and collaborate with IT team members and other departments as needed. Training and Documentation * Develop and provide training on IT systems and security best practices. * Maintain current documentation for IT processes, system configurations, and support procedures., Success in this role means that employees have reliable, secure, and efficient technology that allows them to focus on their work.
