In this role, you will provide technical leadership across the systems engineering lifecycle, guiding engineering teams through requirements development, solution design, systems integration, and performance analysis to deliver resilient, enterprise-scale capabilities that support the GEOINT mission. This position is ideal for a systems engineer with deep experience supporting complex DoD or Intelligence Community programs and a strong understanding of systems engineering principles within cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments., Systems Engineering & Technical Leadership * Lead and mentor mid-level and junior systems engineers across all phases of the systems engineering lifecycle. * Provide technical guidance in requirements engineering, solution engineering, integration, testing, reliability, resiliency, maintainability, and performance analysis. * Develop and evaluate system designs based on mission requirements, emerging technologies, and enterprise architecture. * Support systems integration efforts across multiple platforms, services, and organizations. Requirements & Architecture * Partner with government stakeholders to capture, analyze, and translate mission and customer needs into system and capability requirements. * Support requirements decomposition, allocation, traceability, and architecture development. * Evaluate cloud service capabilities, workflows, automation opportunities, and scheduling constraints to improve existing systems. * Assist with the analysis and allocation of requirements to system architecture components and implementation programs.
