## Description

* Du identifizierst und bewertest Digitalisierungs-, Automatisierungs- und KI-Potenziale entlang unserer Geschäftsprozesse und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab
 * Gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen und IT konzipierst und koordinierst du Digitalisierungsprojekte - von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
 * Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse und entwickelst daraus praxisnahe Optimierungs- und Automatisierungslösungen
 * Die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Tools und Systeme gestaltest du aktiv mit und unterstützt deren nachhaltige Verankerung im Arbeitsalltag
 * Daten und Kennzahlen bereitest du verständlich auf und schaffst damit transparente Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Fachbereiche und Management
 * Neue Impulse rund um Digitalisierung und KI bringst du aktiv ein und unterstützt die erfolgreiche Etablierung digitaler Lösungen im Unternehmen
