* Installation, Konfiguration und Betrieb von IT-Infrastrukturen: Umsetzung und Administration von modernen Server-, Netzwerk- und Security-Lösungen im Kundenumfeld.
 * Betreuung von IT-Systemlandschaften (Remote & Onsite): Technische Unterstützung und laufende Betreuung von Bestandskunden - sowohl aus der Ferne als auch direkt vor Ort.
 * 2nd & 3rd Level Support im Microsoft-Umfeld: Analyse, Priorisierung und nachhaltige Lösung komplexer IT-Anfragen rund um Microsoft Technologien.
 * Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten: Verantwortung für Konzeption, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Infrastruktur- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proaktive Überwachung von IT-Systemen sowie schnelle Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Störungen
