Responsibilities include prioritizing requests, improving data accuracy and compliance, optimizing workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of tools and reports. The manager partners with operations and client teams to translate business needs into reliable, well-documented technical solutions in a stable, process-driven environment., * Lead programming and data services team to support business operations and clients

 * Design, maintain, and optimize databases, ETL processes, and data integrations
 * Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and data tools for internal and client use
 * Prioritize and manage technical requests from operations and client service teams
 * Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry and client standards
