 * Business Rules & Groovy Scripting, * 15+ years of overall Oracle EPM experience with at least 12 years of hands-on Oracle EPBCS/PBCS implementation experience.
 * Experience leading a minimum of five full lifecycle Oracle EPBCS implementations in a Lead Architect or Subject Matter Expert capacity.
 * Deep expertise in Oracle EPBCS architecture, configuration, and implementation.
 * Advanced hands-on experience with:
 + Groovy Scripting
 + Calculation Manager
 + Business Rules
 + Data Management / Data Exchange
 + EPM Automate
 + REST APIs
 + Smart View
 * Strong understanding of Oracle Planning Cloud modules including:
 + Financial Planning
 + Workforce Planning
 + Capital Planning
 + Project Planning
 + Strategic Modeling
 * Experience designing driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and budgeting solutions.
 * Strong knowledge of FP&A processes, financial modeling, and performance management best practices.
 * Experience with Oracle PCMCS/EPCM solutions, including profitability, cost allocation, and cost management use cases.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPBCS Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) solutions for enterprise financial planning and performance management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to Finance and FP&A stakeholders, translating complex budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, capital planning, project planning, and strategic modeling requirements into scalable Oracle Planning Cloud solutions. This role requires deep hands-on architectural expertise, strong functional FP&A knowledge, and the ability to lead end-to-end solution delivery across multiple Oracle EPM modules.

Responsibilities:

 * Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of Oracle EPBCS solutions.
 * Architect and implement planning applications across Financials, Workforce Planning, Capital Planning (CapEx), Project Planning, and Strategic Modeling.
 * Partner with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and rolling forecast solutions.
 * Design and maintain Oracle Planning Cloud architecture, including cube strategy (BSO/ASO), dimensional design, sandbox environments, business rules, and driver-based planning models.
 * Develop and optimize complex business rules, calculation scripts, and Groovy-based solutions to improve performance and user experience.
 * Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations using Data Management and Data Exchange with Oracle ERP Cloud and third-party applications.
 * Define mapping rules, drill-through capabilities, import formats, and incremental or delta-load strategies.
 * Leverage Oracle EPM AI capabilities, Predictive Planning, IPM Insights, and Agent Studio to enhance forecasting accuracy and planning efficiency.
 * Provide architecture leadership and technical guidance across project teams, ensuring adherence to Oracle leading practices and established development standards.
 * Create and maintain solution architecture documents, technical design specifications, configuration workbooks, integration documentation, and operational runbooks.
 * Establish coding standards, naming conventions, governance processes, and best practices for scalable solution delivery.
 * Support pre-sales activities, including client presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), solution design discussions, RFP responses, and effort estimation.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated Oracle EPM solutions and ensure successful project outcomes.
