This role would suit a hands-on Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in an early-stage environment, enjoys autonomy, and wants the opportunity to play a key role in shaping both the technology and engineering culture of a rapidly growing company., * Full Stack Software Engineering experience with strong TypeScript expertise across both frontend and backend

 * Proven experience building production-grade applications using Next.js and NestJS
 * Strong software engineering fundamentals
 * Ability to work on-site in New York

## Description

* Build and maintain core features across a Next.js frontend and NestJS backend, working primarily in TypeScript
 * Own technical and architectural decisions while helping build a scalable, production-grade platform
 * Work closely with Operations and Supply teams to replace manual workflows with intelligent, automated systems
 * Improve developer workflows, CI/CD and infrastructure using Docker and GitHub Actions
 * Report directly to the CTO with significant autonomy and the opportunity for long-term progression with the company
 * Work in a team where quality, speed, ownership and measurable impact are genuinely valued
