* Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited program

As a Senior Project Manager - Architecture, you will lead the delivery of complex, high-visibility projects across hospitality, senior living, commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use sectors. From early programming through construction administration, you will serve as the driving force behind project coordination, technical quality, and successful delivery.

Core Responsibilities

 * Lead architectural teams through all phases of project delivery, from programming and schematic design through construction administration
 * Oversee the development of permit sets and construction documentation with a focus on technical quality, constructability, and coordination
 * Manage multiple medium- to large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, and client expectations
 * Coordinate closely with consultants, internal disciplines, contractors, and ownership teams to drive seamless project execution
 * Implement and maintain QA/QC standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and technical excellence across all deliverables
 * Provide leadership during construction administration, including field observations, submittal reviews, RFIs, and technical problem-solving
 * Monitor project financial performance, including labor utilization, billing, collections, and profitability metrics
 * Mentor project managers, architects, and production staff to support technical growth and leadership development
 * Collaborate with firm leadership and cross-functional departments including Marketing, Accounting, and Quality Assurance
 * Support a collaborative studio culture focused on innovation, accountability, and design excellence
