## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or Web-based Development; Advanced degree is preferred
 * Minimum of five (5) eight (8) years of Industry experience within Web Content Management Space
 * Management experience with driving and implementing new web-based development within Information Management and customer engagement tools
 * Experience at translating customer and business requirements into technical requirements, specifications, and tangible product changes
 * Experience with implementing AI and automation to enhance and improve functionality and efficiency for customer interface tools experience
 * Good understanding of the fundamental aspects of basic security on web applications and platforms
 * Experience with technical infrastructure design methodologies and datacenter architectures and automation
 * Experience building a cloud governance plan, setting best cloud practices and procedures
 * Good understanding of Telecom technologies and processes

 * Management capabilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
