Minimum 8 years' experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years leading EWM or warehouse management system implementations; proven expertise in SAP EWM systems, including configuration, customisation, and deployment.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry operations, regulatory frameworks (GxP, GDP), and compliance requirements; demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi?phase projects with budgets exceeding €1 million; excellent people skills and proven track record of leading high?performing teams.
Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches); strong analytical and problem?solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail; proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent); excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present to senior stakeholders.
Desirable Skills and Experience
