## Description

Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen (Server, Clients, Netzwerke)

 - Betreuung von Microsoft-Infrastrukturen (AD, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure)
 - Einrichtung und Betreuung von Firewalls, Switches, VPNs und WLAN-Lösungen
 - Fehleranalyse und -behebung im Rahmen des 1st & 2nd Level Supports ¿ remote und vor Ort
 - Durchführung von Rollouts, Migrationen und System-Upgrades
 - Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten im Ticketsystem
 - Kundenbetreuung im Außendienst ¿ mit Firmenfahrzeug
 - Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam und dem Vertriebsinnendienst
