Project & Program Management * Plan, scope, and manage IT application projects - defining timelines, budgets, resource plans, and success criteria. * Manage project governance: status reporting, risk/issue logs, change control, and stakeholder communication. * Coordinate cross-functional teams (finance, operations, HR, external consultants/system integrators) to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. * Apply structured project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) appropriate to project scope. * Manage vendor and consulting relationships, including SOWs, deliverables tracking, and contract performance. Team & Stakeholder Leadership * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of application analysts, developers, and/or junior consultants. * Partner with business unit leaders to understand pain points and prioritize the application roadmap accordingly. * Present project updates, business cases, and technology recommendations to senior leadership. * Champion change management and user adoption efforts for new systems and process changes.
