Even Better If You Have * Built or scaled an internal technology team. * Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance, Sales, or Customer Service. * Experience with Power Platform, Defender, Purview, or other Microsoft technologies. * Experience supporting a global or geographically distributed organization. * Lean or continuous-improvement experience. * Microsoft, CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP, or similar certifications. ## Description This position is in our Park City, UT office with an exciting move to Heber City, UT in 2028. What You'll Do * Build our internal IS function and capabilities. * Own infrastructure and cybersecurity. Ensure secure, reliable systems, access, networks, business continuity, and disaster recovery. * Lead our managed service providers. Set expectations, manage performance and cost, and make decisions on future requirements. * Build a trusted business data foundation. Improve data quality, governance, integrations, and accessibility for reporting, dashboards, and analytics. * Own enterprise systems. Lead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, integrations, and technology roadmap. * Drive automation and AI. Use governed business data to automate reporting, workflows, and other manual processes to improve business decision-making. * Build and lead a growing internal team to effectively manage our infrastructure and systems. * Partner with leadership.
